Partner visa changes – Family visa Budget FY2020-21
The family stream budget is 77,300 in this fiscal year, up nearly threefold from 47,732 in the previous fiscal year.
We can see a great increase in the number of the family stream, which encourages the partner visa 820/801 applications.
The family category here mainly refers to spousal immigration and parental immigration, and the children reunion category is a separate category, which does not occupy this budget.
It should be noted that this increase is a one-off increase and does not represent an annual increase thereafter.
